Ashley oversees the Partner Recruitment & Success Team at Empower Project. She leads our team of Regional Directors in providing support to partners, recruiting and onboarding new partners, and ensuring overall partner success within their own relational programs. She earned her BS in Business Administration from Bowling Green State University and began her journey in politics in 2018 where she went on to manage several successful state legislative, congressional, and statewide campaigns over the years. She’s also a 2021 Blue Leadership Collaborative alumni where she gained valuable professional and leadership development on running successful Democratic campaigns. She currently resides in her hometown of Cincinnati, OH and in addition to being a huge Cincy sports fan, she is a Cincinnati Chili connoisseur. She also has 3 cats: Thelma, Georgia, and Tiggles!
