Our Programs
We also run our own direct organizing programs to mobilize hard-to-reach voters. We use relational organizing and our tech, Empower, to run our own highly scalable programs incentivizing people to reach out to their personal networks to encourage them to vote.
History
We elevated the standard of relational organizing and redefined the limits of what is possible when it comes to organizing for social change. We went beyond providing direct coaching and support to our 1,500+ partners across the country to also run three large-scale direct organizing programs in Wisconsin, Kentucky, and Pennsylvania. Our programs have been the first of their size and impact to happen in each state.
In 2023
Fall of 2023
Empower Project ran a statewide relational organizing program in Pennsylvania and in Kentucky, on behalf of our 501(c)(3) partner, Organizing Empowerment Fund resulting in nearly hundreds of thousands of conversations ahead of the November 2023 election.
Spring of 2023
Through Organizing Empowerment PAC, we ran a successful program to support the efforts to elect Judge Janet in the Wisconsin April 4th, 2023 Supreme Court election, giving the court a liberal majority for the first time in more than a decade and resulting in over 530,000 conversations in 42 days.
Fall of 2022
We ran a massive program in Nevada where we ended up having 262,000 relational conversations with 160,000 people. On Election Day, we were tracking an average of one conversation per second.
